Positive: I love that Tidio has a free plan because it's a great affordable option for small businesses. Also, it is easy to install and has a lot of features that are helpful for my business like easy to use chatbots and integrations.
Negative: I don't like that I have to join the conversation to mark it as solved because when I want to close a conversation, I don't want to have to join it in order to remove it from my view. This is just a small flaw but everything else is great.

Summary: 10 out of 10 and I'm still exploring! Anything else is just icing on the cake, a bonus, woooweee, etc...
Positive: Everything I've explored so far. TIDIO is 1,000 times better than I expected for a chatbot. Especially one with unlimited free use with the option of upgrading to more features! But for a basic website, the free version is incredibly more than useful. Your customer will be screaming in glee at its useful features.
Negative: That I can't select or click a check bot to have the chat transcript sent to me on my own. I shouldn't have to ask the person to send it to me. I've talked in a lot of chat apps and almost all of them allow you to send the chat to yourself without asking.

Summary: Was asked to add Live Chat to our site and within 2 hrs. had everything working and the sales team using it.
Positive: User friendly! Easy to setup, install, and learn. Our sales team loves being able to see our visitors and what page they are on. Custom triggered messages are great and setup for franchise locations is amazing.
Negative: Nothing so far. Maybe custom skin colors and design. Shouldn't have to pay per month to have the Tidio logo removed, one time fee?!

If you downgrade you're not losing much and they will keep all your date saved.

Summary: Tidio has helped me provide support to my customers, and has helped me save sales in real time. As customers become more sophisticated, I find they are sometimes frustrated by chatbot-only solutions, so getting straight through to a human is a real plus.
The chatbot facility is very good, and can assist with after-hours inquiries if you don't have 2nd shift support staff.Positive: Easy to implement, with a small code snippet that works well in ecommerce sites.
There is also an excellent WordPress plugin.
The web interface is very good, and there's an excellent mobile app.Negative: You have to go into a separate tab to see what DAY people hit your pages. It's not obvious from the first screen. This is more a nuisance than anything else.

Positive: Customer support was very helpful, always around to answer questions. The UI on the customer end is very appealing.
